What shipping methods do you offer?
We only use the US Postal Service for shipments. Please see the Shipping policy page for more information.
How much does it cost to ship an order?
Shipping prices are listed on the Shipping policy page. All shipping prices are per order (not per item in the order), which means that all items after the first one essentially ship for free.
Which countries do you ship to?
In addition to the US, I currently only ship to following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not on the list, contact me to inquire about the possibility of adding it to the list. Please see the Shipping policy page for more information about international shipping.
Do your shipping charges include customs fees or import taxes for international orders?
No, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (including VAT) that may apply. These are not included in your payment.
UK customers in particular should review the relevant information about shipping to your country located in International shipping section of the Shipping policy page.
Can I send an order to someone else as a gift?
Yes, you’ll have the gift option in your cart. Adding this option will add gold gift wrap with white ribbon to the gift box and a greeting card with your gift message hand written on it.
Gifts sent to other international destinations may require the recipient to pay customs charges or import taxes to claim the package. Please be sure to research the customs procedures in the country to which you are shipping the gift and notify the recipient, if necessary, about what may be required of them. (If the recipient is in the UK, please see the information on the Shipping policy page regarding this process for the UK.)
Note that the purchase price of the gift must be listed on the customs declaration on the outside of the package. This information cannot be deleted.
What if I have entered the wrong mailing address for my order?
If you send me a corrected address before your order is shipped, I can fix the address before printing the shipping label.
Once the package has shipped, I cannot make any corrections to the address. If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect or invalid address being supplied, it will be treated as a return as described in the Refund policy page. Shipping charges are not refundable since those charges will already have been paid to the US Postal Service. If you wish to re-order the item(s) using a corrected address, you may do so after they are re-listed for sale.
I am not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered due to an incorrect address being supplied by the buyer. Please use care when entering this information!
What if I have not received my order?

Do you accept returns?

Do you offer wholesale?
No, not at this time.

Can I purchase items from the Earthwear Collection in person?
The Earthwear Collection is not currently available in any stores, but I do participate in local (Indianapolis area) craft fairs. The current schedule can be found on the Events page.
