Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all orders of finished items are shipped no later than the next business day. Custom orders will ship according to the processing time described in the custom order listing itself. Orders containing both finished items and custom made-to-order items will ship all items together when the custom item with the longest processing time is ready.
Business days do not include Sundays or holidays when the US Postal Service is closed. A list of these holidays can be found on the USPS website.
Orders within the US are shipped via First Class Mail using the US Postal Service. If you need faster shipping, you have the option of upgrading to either Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping at checkout.

Please note that mis-delivery due to providing an incorrect shipping address in your order will NOT qualify you for a refund. Please double-check the shipping address closely and notify me immediately if you find an error in this information. If I receive a correction from you before the package is shipped, I can make a correction to the order. Once it has shipped, I am not able to make any changes because it is no longer in my control.
I currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not on the list, contact me to inquire about the possibility of adding it to the list.

International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail using the US Postal Service. These shipments are transferred by the US Postal Service to the national postal system of your country upon arrival in your country. Estimated delivery dates are not provided with these orders because the time it takes packages to clear customs and the processing times of the postal systems of different countries varies so widely. However, most packages traveling to Canada seem to arrive in approximately 10 days to 3 weeks. Packages traveling to all other countries seem to arrive in approximately 2-6 weeks.
No expedited shipping options are available for international shipping from our store.
Tracking information will be provided with all orders, and this information will be updated as long as it is in the possession of the US Postal Service. Whether the tracking is updated once it leaves the US varies greatly depending on the procedures of the national postal service of the country to which it is traveling. (Ireland, South Africa, and Sweden are examples of countries that do not update tracking.) I have no ability to track or trace a package once it has left the US if your country’s national postal service is not updating the tracking information you see here. Contact your country’s national postal service with questions about your package after it has left the US.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges and import taxes (including VAT) that may apply, with the exception of Australian customers. These are not included in your payment to Earthwear Collection. Please make sure you understand your country’s customs policies and costs prior to ordering.
Lack of payment of these customs charges or import taxes may result in the package being returned. If this occurs, a refund for the returned items will be credited to you, but the cost of shipping will not be.
UK customers: Royal Mail will send the recipient a gray card listing the customs fees (including VAT) due when it arrives at your local post office. You must pay the customs charges before they will release the package. Contact your local Royal Mail office with any questions regarding this process. Missing or damaged packages
All shipments are shipped with insurance.
If you have not received a domestic shipment (USA) after more than 20 days from the date of shipment or an international shipment (outside the USA) after more than 40 days from the date of shipment, please notify me, and I can file an insurance claim to get you a full refund. You will need to verify your lack of receipt to the insurance company using a link I will send you in order to qualify for the refund. Insurance claims must be filed within 120 days of shipping, so you must notify me within that time to qualify.
Packages that are mis-delivered due to an incorrect address being provided by the buyer do not qualify for a refund. If these packages are returned to me, it will be treated as a return as described in the Refund policy below. Likewise, if a package is rejected and returned to sender, it will be treated as a return as described in the Refund policy.
If your package is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging material. I will need clear photographs that show the damage in order to file the insurance claim, so these materials must be kept until that process is complete. Email me at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged packaging and items along with your order number to get the claim process started.
